Pricing Notes
- Published plan prices are standard subscription fees and may be varied by signed order form.
- M-PESA, SMS, WhatsApp, bank, and third-party gateway costs may be billed separately where applicable.
- Plan limits cover riders, clients, staff users, monthly orders, API access, custom domains, and advanced reporting.
- Implementation, data migration, custom integrations, and after-hours support can be scoped separately.
- Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Payment Terms
Subscription invoices are issued for the selected billing period. Accounts may be restricted when trial or subscription periods expire and no valid payment or commercial override is active.
