Data Protection Agreement (NDA)

Purpose

This Data Protection Agreement and NDA governs confidential information shared during Dexa demos, proposals, onboarding, support, integrations, and day-to-day platform use.

Confidential Information

Confidential information includes non-public business, pricing, customer, rider, order, payment, integration, security, operational, and technical information disclosed by either party.

Obligations

• Use confidential information only for evaluating, implementing, supporting, or operating Dexa services.
• Restrict access to personnel or service providers with a legitimate need to know.
• Protect information using reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards.
• Notify the other party promptly after becoming aware of unauthorized access or disclosure.

Customer Data

Customer-entered courier, client, rider, order, invoice, payment, and support data remains the customer data of the subscribing business, subject to applicable law and agreed contract terms.
